Sorry...it's been FOREVER!

Hello everyone! We've had a really busy summer so I haven't got a chance to update everything. We've had a vacation, 3 birthdays and added a new family member since the last time I have updated. I will try to do my best to catch everyone up but it will mostly just be pictures! Enjoy!

Here is a picture from the night we left for Cooperstown, New York for Dillon's Baseball tournament. Ava was so good during the drive and was really good the entire week!

Here she is making a mess in the condo in Cooperstown...all those people staying in the condo and no one was watching her...hmm...Here she is on the way to Opening Ceremonies at the All Star Villiage where Dillon's tournament was. She wore her visor all week and LOVED it!She loved cheering Dillon on at his games...here she is clapping after a good play! Here is a picture of the fields from the very top of the mountain...we were WAY in the mountains...Kasie and I had a great time walking up and down the mountain. Thank heavens there was a tractor that took the weak and feable up and down :)Here is Ava on the hottest day we were there cheering on the Indy Sting!Ava was quite a ham everytime she sat down to eat. Here she is giving me a serious look!When we got back from New York Mommy and Daddy decided Ava should get her haircut before her birthday! She did not have a good time! She would not take the sippy cup out from in front of her face the entire time we were there!On July 13 Mommy, Ava and Quinn (a little boy we were watching) went to the Children's Musuem. Ava had a good time until...she took a spill...she wasn't too happy after this!
The next day Mommy, Daddy, Ava and Quinn went to the Zoo. It was hot outside but Ava had a great time! We had Ava's First Birthday Party on Sunday, July 15. She had such a great time. Great Grandma and Grandpa Carter got her this rocking chair. She loved it that day and still loves it!She got so many great gifts at her birthday party. She did pretty good opening them too. Thanks to everyone for coming and their wonderful gifts!She loved her cake as well! She got pretty sleep afterwards though!Here are Ava's two friends Luke and Isaac. They had a great time cooling down in the pools!Ava had a great time in the pools too! Here is a picture of Ava at Gymboree, her favorite place to be! She will be there alot more often now that Mommy got a job there! Look at what a big girl she is in her new carseat! She loves being able to see Mommy and Daddy now!Ava's actual birthday was on July 19th. During the day her and Mommy went and got her One Year Pictures taken. We just took it easy the rest of the day until Daddy got home. She spent some time in the afternoon playing in her new rocking chair.After Daddy got home from work we went to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate her birthday. We had a great time!After we got home from Chuck E Cheese she had some presents from Mommy and Daddy to open. She was sad that the day was over and now she has to wait a whole year to do it all again!Mommy and Daddy got her some crayons and paper for her birthday. She is very artistic! Here she is coloring in the kitchen one morning while Mommy got some stuff done. About 2 minutues after this picture was taken, she chowed down on that purple crayon that you see right there in her hand :(On Saturday, July 21 we went to Grandma and Grandpa Roberson's house to celebrate Daddy's Birthday. She had a good time pushing around her push toy that Grandma Harless got her. Here is the wild woman riding on her trike that Grandma Harless also got her. Look at that hair!We hope you enjoy the pictures. I have some more but I will post them later! We hope everyone is doing well! I am finally out of the first trimester and feeling much better! We are working to get the baby's room ready before Grant starts school on the 22nd! We have been busy, busy, busy!
